Q: Is it possible to consolidate orders to save on freight?
A:

Not a problem.  Simply contact us with your request to group-ship the orders you want consolidated. 


Q: Is it possible to expedite an order after it has been placed/confirmed?
A:

Yes. Additional factory expedite/freight charges may apply. E-mail your request to info@intermotionsupply.com and we will respond to your request as quickly as possible.


Q: What couriers do you use for shipping samples?
A:

We have daily pick-up service by UPS, FedEx, and DHL at our China headquarters. In most cases, our express shipping costs are relatively low, and we can pre-pay and bill based on your confirmation.  However, we can also ship against your express courier account.


Q: Where do you ship from?
A:

Our primary FOB point is Shanghai.  In most cases, samples or even volume production orders will be shipped from our China headquarters close to Shanghai.  Upon request, we can also hold inventory in the U.S.A. and provide flexible delivery based on the customer’s shipping schedule.


Q: Where do I find the tracking number for my order?
A:

Tracking numbers for shipments are found on the order invoice. You can also request them at info@intermotionsupply.com
